In article necessity and possibility of disclosing of the strategic information for the corporate reporting is considered, various approaches to maintenance транспарентности are investigated and a financial openness of business, the question on possibilities of disclosing of the strategic information in the financial (accounting) reporting is discussed, standards of formation of the corporate reporting are analyzed.
