Present state of economic development is closely associated with the necessity of forming new culture of performing system control over business activity, which has its scientific and theoretical basis. Business of today requires training of professionals in organizing control and controllers of new format. Business, when creating a new system of values, irrespective of whether business entities want it or not, becomes the factor, which forms a special culture, thus all its weaknesses and pathologic phenomena turn to be weaknesses and pathologies of both contemporaries and men of the future.
