Goods are most important accounting object among merchant organizations. Their identification and valuation are primary important for creating information, useful in economic decisions making. Principle of prudence is underlying of Russian and international accounting methodology and defines their unanimity. Otherwise, there are some technical differences in goods identification and measurement (at recognition and after recognition).
