The analysis of social and economic efficiency of the state support of small business in Russia and abroad

The economy of the succeeding countries respects to development of small and average business. On the basis of the analysis of foreign practice the author considers the main directions of the state support of small business at regional level. It is concluded that in the conditions of an economic crisis social and economic efficiency of this sector of economy depends not only on the preferential taxation, but also from an effective state policy.
