For the last few years petroleum companies have create the Centers of Shared Services (CSS). Its basic function is the reporting and book-keeping of affiliate companies. Taking this into account, there is a necessity to organize CSS professional development program. Besides, presence of professional development program is one of the basic requirements of quality management system. As this intends an initial estimation of engage specialists training level, a corresponding research was conducted at one of the leading Russian petroleum companies.
