Indirect taxes in Russia and foreign experience in the field of collection of indirect taxes

On the basis of studying of foreign experience in area of collection of indirect taxes and revealing of problems of the indirect taxation in the Russian Federation some directions of perfection of the indirect taxation with a view of optimization of a fiscal policy of Russia are developed in this article.
