Optimization of functionality and затратности activity of the organizations on long-term prospect

In article at use of methods of the economic analysis, questions connected with a finding of optimum conformity between expenses of the organization and its functionality for preservation of high competitiveness are considered. The author draws a conclusion that the purposes and criteria of optimization of business processes should be based on key indicators which define efficiency of these processes and are coordinated to strategic indicators of development of all enterprise.
