In the article the distinctive features of the public private partnership (PPP) projects accounting, management and audit are highlighted. The close attention is given to the organization of the audit and management of financial resources, provided for the PPP projects realization. The Authors stress the need of the state control over the pre-design stage of the PPP project preparation.
