Nowadays one of the priority ways of improving the market economy is the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. However the complete functioning and development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) are necessary to remove some negative factors. The article describes the most actual problems of SME sector. On the basis of theoretical and practical studing of the international experience there are offered the possible ways of their decision and are exposed the main ways of development of this sector.
