Article is devoted the analysis system of the taxation in the Russia which is one of the major economic regulators, a basis of the financially-credit mechanism of regulation of economy. Thus it is important to reveal presence and to estimate the tax effects caused by innovative development of economy, and also stimulating role of tax changes from the point of view of investment appeal.
