In article we have considered the main measures for reforming of the banking system and the difficulties which take place during this reforming. Also we have considered the changes of the standard acts connected with the new procedure about the calculation of sufficiency of the Bank capital, according to Basel II principles, which are coming into force 01/07/2010.
