Role and influence of the international standards of audit on efficiency of national system of the financial control

The primary goal of state in the conditions of financial crisis is to provide effective management of economy and the finance at federal, regional and local levels, to carry out the effective control for financial and economic activity of economic subjects. In the present work the author influence of the international standards of audit on efficiency of national system of the financial control. The conclusion that introduction of the international practice of audit of the efficiency at the present stage of financial and economic development of Russia is caused by objective sociopolitical problems.
