It is known that accounting of difficult financial instruments in the conditions of crisis for many became test. Modern conditions put the new problems connected with the organisation of accounting of financial instruments. In given article new requirements to disclosing of the information on the financial instruments which are required for the annual periods, beginning or after this date are considered on January, 1st, 2009.
