In December 10, 2008 in Minsk at the joint press briefing of Surgutneftegazbank, representative office of ORACLE CIS and the company RDTEKH it was declared about successful completion of the project on creation of the system supporting decisions made by the bank implemented on the basis of the complex Oracle Financial Services Application (OFSA).
