Influence of business conditions in the Russian regions on investment activity of domestic and foreign investors

In the article the experience of evaluation of investment attractiveness of the business environment and in the national and sub-national levels is considered. Special accent is made on identifying the relationship between the conditions of doing business in thirty-Russian regions and the volume of attracted foreign investments. Discrepancy of some domestic and foreign ratings characterizing a business environment in the regions of Russia is proved.
