In the article the approach to an assessment of efficiency of corporate investments into the higher education sphere for accumulation of the human capital from positions of the balanced system of indicators is offered. The special attention is paid to its financial section focused on providing economic benefits and long-term competitiveness of the company in connection with implementation of corporate investments into this sphere.
