In the article the assessment of financial stability of the organizations of the Arkhangelsk region from the point of view of possibility of realization of state-private partnership is given. The conclusion that the enterprises forming capacity of settlements of area, can't apply for attraction of the state investments is drawn, therefore, support programs should be developed for them.
