Role of political risks in foreign investment structure change

The purpose of this article is to analyze the political risks influence on the structure of foreign investments. The econometric methods are applied to achievement of it: panel analysis of data and method of the financial analysis of events. The received indicate that the lower the level of political risk, the higher the value of both types of investments. The direct foreign investments are more sensitive to change to a political situation in the country.
