The efficiency of Russian central bank’s management of sovereign wealth funds is estimated by comparing with potential return from domestic investments and foreign sovereign wealth funds returns. Proposals fort partial reorientation of the investment strategy in Russian sovereign funds towards domestic investments is suggested.
