Compensatory mechanisms in confidential management of capital of private investors

In the article problems of perfection of economic relations and a responsibility of the parties on management of property; increase of appeal of confidential management by the capital of private investors, by creation and practical functioning of the compensatory mechanism; stimulations and estimations of activity of the managing director are considered. The author the model of the compensatory mechanism and the technique of its functioning in domestic conditions is proved.
