Trends of leasing market in post-crisis period

In connection with the possibility of withdrawal of tax benefits for financial leasing the problem of future prospects of industry development has taken on even greater urgency. The key focus of development can become operational lease. In this study the fundamental factors are analyzed that determine the current state of the lease market, key factors identifies that can make operating lease effective investment tool. Concluded that for major investment projects on the basis of an operating lease general economic stabilization, the certainty of state policy, adoption of appropriate legislative changes requires.
