Transformation of the integrated structures of business in modern information economy

In the article the tendencies of activization of managing subjects integration in information economy are considered, the system of classification attributes is formulated. It is drawn a conclusion, that for increase of efficiency of the integrated business structures it is necessary to be guided not so much by the organizational-legal form of its functioning, but on definition of desirable structure of the certain mutual relations of some its elements.
