Investment attractiveness is the main way of increasing the competitiveness of the organization

The author investigates the main ways and methods of achieving the competitiveness of the organization. The attention focuses on the relationship of achieving the investment attractiveness and competitiveness of the organization. It is noted that the investment attractiveness is a major factor of competitiveness. The author points out features in the construction of balanced scorecards and highlights those that are most often encountered in the analysis of competitiveness. In conclusion the author infers that there is a necessity for strategic management based on balanced scorecard.
