The investment asset as conceptual approach to the realization of investment activity for the market for securities

Due to the crisis phenomenon in the world economy the problem of creating an effective system of managing the investment activities on different economic levels (federal, regional, municipal) became very actual. This work examines the features of forming the investment assets during the elimination of post-crisis effects in economy. The most effective solutions for improvement of investment portfolio management are determined. The list of strategic goals of authorities is formed together with the ways of their achievement to help the financial market development.
