Resource-intensiveness and the long term of a recoupment of infrastructural projects of municipal infrastructure development, shortage of means in a traditional source of their financing - the budget, cause the need of an urgency choice of model of state-private partnership as most potentially effective mechanism of financing of investments into water supply sphere.
Article is prepared on the basis of the materials given by administrations of regions of the Russian Federation, and opens the most actual models PPP, applicable in sphere of water supply in the conditions of Russia in the period of crisis.
