The author regards current indicators and turmoil of scientific-industrial sector of the Moscow region’s economy. Article is based on a programs and regulations from the federal level, and author focuses for a need of innovative breakthrough and the introduction of the cluster model of economic development. Some attention is paid to infrastructure elements and opportunities of impacting from business community in this process.
