The material is directed to the improvement of the regional investment policy. The article deals with the formation and development of public-private partnership (PPP) in the Russian Federation. The main attention is paid to the establishment of PPP management institution regions of the country - the regional centre of public-private partnership. The article also deals with the stages of creation, main tasks and duties of such countries. Besides, the article deals with the interdependence of the regional centre of public-private partnership with the centre of public-private partnership of the Vnesheconombank.
