The article is devoted to the one of the most actual themes - public-private partnership in the housing-communal complex services. The article deals with main problems of heat supply of Russian urbans and suggestions on its possible removal. For example, sees problems of the housing-communal complex services of municipals in Sverdlovskaya region. Alternative variants (towards the budget) of financing of the housing-communal complex services objects are suggested in the article – attraction of Vnesheconombancs leans on projects of public-private partnership (PPP).
