Socio-labor sphere in the Far North: experience, problems, ways of solution (need for a transition to innovative phase of development)

The innovative stage of development into which national economy enters, shows special conditions to the social and labor sphere in the conditions of the Far North. In the article demographic indicators of development of the Far East federal district are considered, linking solution to improve the living standards with the objective of increasing the proportion of the employed. The lack of the prepared shots demands transformations.
