Features of the methodical approach to an estimation of economic efficiency of activity of a structural element of system of customs bodies of the Russian Federation - regional customs office are considered in the article. Authors proposed indicators which can be used to evaluate the direct contribution of a regional customs directorate to the economic result of subordinate customs authorities in the appropriate scope.
