Methodological approach to definition of category «financial restructuring»

The paper deals with a «financial restructuring» category, which currently has no methodological justification limiting it to a procedure in the context of bankruptcy. Major theoretical approaches to the concept of «financial restructuring» of enterprises are specified: legal, financial, economic, psychological, structural and technological. That a change in the conceptual framework determining financial and economic content of the financial recovery will reduce the number of unprofitable enterprise, is proved.
