New forms of financial services sold through various communication channels take place in the process of integration of infocommunication and financial markets formation. Primarly, the Internet commerce consisting of three major segments: Internet merchandise, Internet banking, and Internet-trading, has being developed as a part of the electronic business. The authors consider different aspects of e-commerce development with a glance to pricing policy, technologic perspectives of the development and analyses of possibilities of use of the Internet not only on financial markets, but also in the areas of advertising and rendering of medical services.
