Forecasting of monetary streams at the dynamic estimation of investment projects

The issues of forecasting of monetary flow in dynamic appraisal of investment projects are considered in the article. In the article are described the methods of coefficient identification for discounting of monetary flow, norms of discounting, real and nominal indexes of discounting, discounting norm estimation methods as well as methods of investment co-efficient calculation.
     In article also proposed the criteria of selections and estimation of investment projects and revelation of its attractive aspects.
