Methodology for standardizing the staff strength of cash-centric queueing theory

A method to standardize a finance organization cashier staff is submitted in present work. This method based on mathematical model of queueing theory. The method’s advantages over the one of functional standardization (regulation of labour input per unit of output) and over standardize on the base of correlation and regression model are noted. Within the bounds of discussed method the universal functional relation of model’s main parameters is obtained. A tabular representation of this function is convenient to estimate the optimal employees’ number without difficult calculations. An example for number of employees’ evaluation in terms of discussed method is represented in the article.
