Analysis the risks of investment projects, public-private partnership in the region

In the article there is a system analysis of interaction between the governmental and business structures. This interaction is realized by means of state and private partnership. The article offers a complex of measures for development partnership: for the state — it is application of a model of budgeting aimed to the result; for business- it is reconstruction of organizations' financial stability at the expense of use methods and algorithms of the antirecessionary management. The governmental and business structures determine risks of the projects of state and private partnership together.
