Age-related periodization of labor resources of the youth as factor of development of labor potential (by example of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

This article is devoted to theoretical research of age-related characteristics of the youth which is the basic factor of development of labor potential. Age of man which is a demographic component characterizes qualities and properties of labor potential and also psychophysiological suitability of people to labor and conformity with requirements of production considering the level of scientific and technical progress.
