The article positions results of comparative analysis of modern and Russian practice of state assistance to development of export of educational services. It allowed finding out and substantially characterize productive forms and instruments by means of which state authorities initiate and stimulate processes of integration of high schools into international educational space, expand abilities of their financing on the part of foreign consumers of educational services.
