Growth of industrial production and consumer activity of population puts in the forefront the problem of necessity of application of scientific approach in the sphere of handling with solid domestic wastes. Considering system character of the problem the paramount meaning has business aspects and first of all perfection of tariff policy allowing increasing effectiveness of functioning of the whole system of handling with wastes in the region.
