Essential role in increasing effectiveness of functioning of regional system of handling with solid domestic wastes should be devoted to perfection of economic mechanisms including system of taxation in this sphere of activity.
     Taxation of wastes formation is not general in world and European practice. nevertheless accumulated experience is of absolute interest in the process of development of recommendations with regard to Russian conditions.
