Main approaches to development of the process of management of enterprises

Economic crisis requires development of approaches to structural reorganization of enterprises management system. This can be done intensifying cooperation of government bodies and business in such fields as development of infrastructure, project management, restructuring and modernization of enterprises, their recapitalization in the time of mobilization of internal and external resources.
     Necessity to change economic and industrial policy is stipulated by increasing the role of government control in sectoral and regional aspects in conditions of crisis.
     As a tool we may accept in our opinion cluster approach, public and private partnership, selection of priority investment projects, and formation of public and municipal orders. Conceptual basis of the process of development of these sectors underlines partner relations of power and business on the basis of innovative decisions.
