Modern methods of appraisal of effectiveness of investments into items of intellectual property

The article overviews modern methods of appraisal of effectiveness of intellectual investment projects in the framework of traditional classification in accordance with which it is acceptable to subdivide them into three groups: financial, probabilistic and qualitative.
     Since this classification does not allow appraising opportunities of their application either for purposes of planning or for purposes of appraisal of actual results it is expedient to add by way of indication of sphere of application of each method that facilitates selection of methods of effectiveness of investment of items of intellectual property to specialists.
