Reasons for low efficiency of agricultural investment

The article is based on the analysis of the current opinion of agricultural investment in terms of world experience; the author shows the inefficiency of the activity of the state and tycoons using financial capital. A financial trap for such investment resulting in time and funds waste was discovered. The article points out the necessity of technological reformation of agriculture hampered by the adepts of outdated agricultural and economic knowledge.
