The article shows the developed model of residual manufacturing resources control, that includes strategy, planning, assessment and creating reserves; it is described by an appropriate control algorithm, control mechanisms and decision-making according to the control. Implementing this model in corporate practice will allow the most efficient resources management to improve the production process and the financial results of the company's activities.
