Classification of Creditors' Demands at Time of Bankruptcy

Systematisation of indebtedness at time of bankruptcy information is usually based on the order of satisfying the creditors' demands. Other grouping principles are also important for the analysis. The article gives the author's classification of the creditors' demands by ten features. It provides a systematic description of the enterprise in default debts to the creditors and can serve as a base for the demands types and structure analysis.
