The article describes the meaning, place and function of the innovative and ecological factors in improving the Russian companies' competitive ability and providing consistent growth of the country's and its subjects economy.
     To illustrate the relations between these factors and the production efficiency in a company with consistent economic growth, their economic features are characterised.
     Innovative and ecological control background and growth are depicted, and the following terms explained: "innovative activity", "environmental management"; "control objects", "recorded objects" and "accounting entities".
