Stable functioning of Russian economy ant its future growth are significantly predetermined by effectiveness of making management decisions on dynamic formation and development of native commodity producers. This process is effected in competitive environment that is the one of determinants of development of separate social and economic systems and national economies in whole.
     Management decisions are directly connected on one hand with necessity to increase competitiveness of a commodity, enterprise, branch, country and on the other with development of new mechanisms ensuring development of market competitive environment. The overriding task for native enterprises from viewpoint of their stability and further ensuring of successful activity is development of management decisions mechanisms guaranteeing increase of competitiveness.
