Analysis of effectiveness of payroll expenses

The notion of salary and payroll expenses was stated; tasks to analyze wage fund were determined; factors having influence on amount of payroll expenses were classified; factor analysis method was disclosed; algorithm of calculation of time wage fund by logarithmic method and example of analysis of payroll expenses based on domestic practice were cited; system of indicators of effectiveness of payroll expenses and introduction of budgeting together with statement of sequence of calculation of payroll expenses were suggested; recommendations on perfection of employee compensation plan were given.
