The last decade for domestic economy is characterized by intense development of building sector. Private investors under the auspices of financial and lending agencies implement large-scale projects connected with creation and operation of investment properties such as office and shopping and leisure malls, business centers and industrial sites. The matter of appraisal of property reflecting real value of business and allowing attracting additional financial resources. Particularly lending agencies that finance projects of investment property and interested in reducing risks and profitability guarantees of a credit portfolio consider value of property as the main component to provide borrowed current assets.
