Network management as a new quality of the enterprise brain capital management

The article explores the essence and characterizes contents of network management in the management system of brain capital of a modern innovations oriented enterprise. It is noted that the ontological basis of network management is network production ensuring creation of network benefits the constituent signs of which are complementarities, effect increasing from the scale of their production and also collection of positive externalities. It is underlined that creative knowledge being a “pure” network benefit undoubtedly predetermines formation and development of network institutional capital of an enterprise mainly incorporated at the system of informal standards and limitations. Consequently the imperative of modern management practice is preparation of managers possessing qualitatively new and higher level of institutional knowledge.
