Specialties of financial strategy of a small enterprise

Effectiveness of enterprises functioning in conditions of the market mainly depends on their selected development strategy. However definition of strategic perspectives by small-scale business entities has more intuitive nature orientating for the current market but not own long-term economic interests. At the same time planning mainly affects production industry and is put into effect episodically as the need in liquidation of arising internal and external problems arises. Analysis and development of financial plans by entrepreneurs as a rule is not practiced because of their complexity and labor-output ratio.
